“Hello my name is Burrel Hutson and I’m 26 years old. I would call myself a practising Buddhist because I follow the rules of compassion and making people feel happy deep inside. I am very passionate about working with people. Such as before working with Lead Care, I worked in a primary school with children and seeing their growth and the positive changes made me so inspired to help more people in this world. This is when I made a change to care for our older people and it made me even more happy seeing the families faces when there loved ones are improving & learning new things, when all hope was lost. Being kind and compassionate costs nothing and it also makes life a lot more easier, so this is why my belief is so strong and I experienced great kindness and consideration from the Manager, Director, administrator and all the carers and staff with myself included at Lead Care. People from all backgrounds and walks of life it is such a wonderful environment and you never feel like your working alone. Apart from this I love learning new languages as I can already speak Italian and Japanese. I would love to learn more about other cultures to spread my positivity everywhere.”
