At Home Dementia Care Services
We understand that the needs of people suffering with Dementia are as individual as they are, and change over time.
Many people find that daily Home Care is sufficient to begin with but may find that Live-in care is useful further down the line.
We are here to provide all levels of care and our staff are trained to appreciate the specific safety and care requirements of people with both Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
As well as offering safe, compassionate and person-centred general care, we also provide the following.
How we can help
We can be there to help you in the morning and at night, with washing and dressing
Our Carers can accompany you to the shops, or for trips, excursions and events. For shopping trips we will also help you bring your shopping home and unpack.
We can help prepare delicious and nutritious meals
We can give you reminders for when your medication is due.
We can take on your domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.
We can also provide home-based respite care. If you are performing the role of principal Carer, then you may need support during your time off each week.
Once we have considered the sort of care you need, a member of our team will discuss your individual requirements in more detail.
All our Carers have full training so you know you will be in safe hands and you can also rest assured that you can choose your own Carer. We will recommend a Carer for you depending on your specific needs but the final choice is yours.
