Our live-in care is a 24 hr care service provided in your own home, enabling you to continue to live in familiar surrounding with those you love for as long as possible.
We understand that Home is where the Heart is and we do everything we can to support you to stay where you want to be.
How we can help
Helping with a “good morning” start to the day, with support to get up, wash, shower or bath, get dressed and have breakfast.
Taking you shopping or on trips and outings. Your carer will come with you to help with your mobility needs any other assistance you need.
Doing your shopping for you, including agreeing your shopping list and unpacking
Preparing your breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Our Carers understand the importance of good nutrition for overall wellbeing and will prepare delicious meals for you.
Making sure you are prompted when medication is due.
Undertaking housework tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing.
Helping you to get ready for bed, supporting with washing and getting changed.
All our Carers have full training so you know you will be in safe hands and you can also rest assured that you can choose your own Carer. We will recommend a Carer for you depending on your specific needs but the final choice is yours.
We will match our service to your requirements, so you can maintain your independence for as long as possible.
We also realise that your needs might change over time. With this in mind, we will adapt your care plans and risk assessments so that they accurately reflect your current status, both physically and mentally.
Our person-centred and holistic approach means that care provided is specific to you and tailored to your needs, so that your Quality of Life improves.
